 Back up or import your blog

1. Sign into Blogger
log into blogger by clicking the log in button

2. Click the blog you want to backup 
click the account you want to backup

3. In the left menu click settings


click the settings tab on the left menu
4. under manage blog click backup content then click download

click back up and download the blog file
